We are pleased to inform you that Philadelphia Academy Charter School will be implementing a new provision known as the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) in the 2024-2025 school year. This program is available to schools and districts that are participating in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs. All enrolled students of Philadelphia Academy Charter School are eligible to receive a nutritional breakfast and lunch each school day at no charge to your household. No further action is required of you. Your child(ren) will be able to participate in these meal programs without paying a fee or submitting an application.

Can I Make Direct Payments to the School?

Yes! If you wish to prepay for your student’s lunch for the week or month, you may send cash, check or a money order payable to PACS or PACHS. A fee of $15 will be assessed for checks returned due to insufficient funds. Your bank may also charge a fee for the returned check.

PrimeroEdge – Balance Transfer or Refund Request

Balances for returning students can be carried over to the next school year or transferred to a sibling who is linked to your account at either PACS or PACHS. If you wish to transfer the balance, please complete the Balance Transfer Request form below.

If you have a lunch balance and wish to have it refunded, please submit the Refund Request Form. The school office staff is not able to refund monies directly to students, rather refunds will be mailed directly to parents. Refund requests require a two-week processing turnaround from when the form is submitted.
